Tk12's Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

01. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk12 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing tk12's website, mobile version, or any authorized channel, and by using any game or service, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between tk12 and the user. They have been drafted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Tk12 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed of any updates.

02. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on tk12, you must provide accurate and complete information. Submitting false or incorrect details during registration is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

• Your full name, date of birth, and an active mobile number must be provided at the time of registration.
• Your account is for your personal use only — it must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login password confidential.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to tk12 Support immediately.
• Tk12 may request identity documents or additional verification materials at any time.

03. Age Restriction & Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on the tk12 platform. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or playing on tk12. By registering under these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Tk12 may request a national ID, birth certificate, or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. Failure to verify will result in permanent account closure.

04. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposits on tk12 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, though verification requirements may extend this to up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals may only be made using the same method and number used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

05. Bonus & Promotional Offers Policy

Tk12 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read before claiming. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to its associated terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is generally 15 to 30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Tk12 may cancel any bonus if bonus abuse or system manipulation is suspected.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 days — any unused bonus will expire after this period.

06. Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

All betting and gaming activities on tk12 are governed by these Terms & Conditions. Individual games and betting sections may have their own additional rules, which will be listed on the respective section pages.

• Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be cancelled — however, a cashout option may be available in certain cases.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any bet, tk12 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the staked amount is generally refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, tk12's system will determine the outcome for that round.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and category.

All games on tk12 use third-party RNG (Random Number Generator) systems that are regularly audited. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and unbiased.

07. Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair environment on tk12. Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure.

• Collusion: Multiple users working together to use deceptive tactics against other players.
• Software Use: Playing games using bots, automation software, or any third-party tools.
• Money Laundering: Using tk12 for the purpose of money laundering.
• Account Sale: Transferring or selling your account to another person.
• System Hacking: Any unauthorized attempt to access tk12's servers or software.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.

08. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Tk12 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If registration is completed using false or incomplete information.
• If it is established that an underage individual is operating the account.
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud is found.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance remaining will be refunded within a maximum of 3 business days, provided the funds are not under investigation.

09. Limitation of Liability

Tk12 upholds the highest standards of security and technology. However, tk12 will not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• Losses resulting from internet disruptions or third-party network issues.
• If the user's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• Force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Temporary unavailability caused by unscheduled server maintenance.

Tk12's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the actual balance in the user's account. tk12 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances.

10. Changes to Terms & Contact

Tk12 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
